We recommend that you use our size guide, as it is tailored specifically to our products. To find your correct size, measure yourself around the waist as shown in the picture. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one, since our materials are very stretchable. To find your correct length, measure from the crotch down to the ankle.
